Canton Homecoming Parade and Block Party
On Saturday, September 25th, 2010, Rapid Ambulance Service took part in the Canton Homecoming Parade and Block Party. This annual event started with a parade through the town of Canton.
The parade was well attended and included members from Canton Fire and Police Departments, local politicians, and many community based and civic groups. The turnout was better than expected: many lined both sides of Washington Street.
Our Emergency Medical Technicians staffing Ambulance 5, Kevin Young and Michael Golitsyn, enjoyed the parade and were honored to represent our company during the festivities. We look forward to next year. Please view our photo gallery for pictures of this event.

3rd Annual Boston Med Flight Bike run and BBQ (2010)
On August 21st, 2010, Rapid Ambulance Service Inc. participated in the 3rd Annual Boston Med Flight Bike Run and BBQ. The Bike Run and BBQ began and ended at the Edward Beatty Post 24 on Washington Street in Canton MA. The event was held to support the many programs and services offered by Boston Med Flight and defray costs associated with transportation of uninsured patients.
Rapid Ambulance joined the EMS coverage team during the ride from Canton to Cobb Corner, to Sharon, Easton, Mansfield and back to the Edward Beatty Post 24. A BBQ and entertainment followed the ride. It was a great event for a great cause. Please view our photo gallery for pictures of this event.
